98% to Artists: How Our Economics Work

Our economics are simple: you keep 98% of the purchase price. TuneFreq takes 2%. Payment processing (Stripe) is separate—typically around 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction—so on a $10 sale you'd keep roughly $9.45 after all fees.

Launch incentive: For your first $5,000 in revenue, we waive our 2% platform fee. That means during those early sales, you keep an extra 2%. No catch. It's our way of helping artists bootstrap.

We don't take venture capital. We're funded by the art and accountable to the Ledger—the real money that flows to artists and labels—not to an ROI or an exit. So we have no incentive to squeeze you. Lower fees and transparent payouts are the point.
